Description We are offering a contract to permanent role for a Visual Designer role with a Market Research company based in Metro Detroit, Michigan. This role involves working in a remote setting, with the option for onsite work. As a Visual Designer, you will focus will be on creating and designing deliverables for various client projects including designing PowerPoint presentations, producing data visualizations, and working with various design software. Responsibilities: • Develop and edit PowerPoint presentations and proposals, ensuring the visual representation of data is clear and engaging. • Create and design infographics and charts for various projects, enhancing the understanding of complex data. • Collaborate with internal and external teams on various design projects, ensuring the visual communication of ideas is effective. • Assist with Market Research, including competitive analysis, executive summaries, and detailed findings. • Highlight key insights from research and design work to inform future projects. • Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop to create and edit designs. • Develop digital publishing and web development projects, enhancing the online presence of various initiatives. • Edit and enhance video content as needed, ensuring it aligns with the overall visual communication strategy. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Visual Designer role or similar • Portfolio showcasing presentation design, data visualization, interactive data visualizations, infographics etc. • Proven ability to design & create compelling presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint that effectively communicate information and ideas • Demonstrated experience in creating brand awareness through visual design • Experience in content editing for various mediums • Knowledge of desktop publishing and DTP (Desktop Publishing) techniques • Proficiency in creating visual aids such as charts, graphs, and infographics • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop • Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred • BONUS: Experience in Market Research field Innovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
