Visual Inspector

Adecco is currently seeking a Visual Inspector, in Rochester, NY. To be considered for this Visual Inspector position, candidates must have a minimum of 2-years previous direct experience in manufacturing environment. The Visual Inspector will conduct visual inspections and assessments of products to ensure compliance with quality standards, including checking for proper contour, fill, finish, insert placement, and other specifications. Ensure that all final packaging requirements are met.
**Responsibilities of the Visual Inspector:**
· Perform visual inspections of in-process and finished products.
· Conduct first piece inspections as assigned.
· Report deviations to the Team Leader and follow established procedures to address defects, as well as identify and manage sub-standard products.
**Requirements of the Visual Inspector:**
+ 1 to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
+ High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred
+ Standing and walking for extended periods
+ Bending, lifting, reaching overhead, and pushing/pulling
+ Manual dexterity required
+ Manufacturing environment with high noise levels from machinery
+ Exposure to physical hazards from moving equipment and machinery parts

**Pay Details:** $15.75 per hour
