As the Visual Keyholder, you'll play a pivotal role in curating an excellent customer journey within the store. Key Responsibilities
Offering customers a high level of service, through styling advice, product knowledge and store experience Analyse selling information and take responsibility for the visual direction of the store Installing window displays Creating inspiring outfits and styling mannequins Merchandising stock on the shop floor Support the sales staff with store operations Set the visual merchandising standard for the store and train other managers and staff Being a COS brand ambassador and providing the best experience for our customers.Qualifications

What You Need to Succeed:
Knowledge
An understanding of the latest trends, fashion and silhouettes Experience working with visual-merchandising guidelines, including window display and mannequin styling. Experience taking informed VM actions based on commercial KPIs and sales data.Motivation

You have a proven track record of delivering high standards of VM that is both commercial and inspirational You have experience managing store VM activations including window and mannequin changes, promotional set-ups and season-start layouts You have experienced success in collaborating with other managers/colleagues to achieve store goals
Compensation: $20.92-$23.53
Additional InformationThis is a Full-Time position offering 32-40 hours a week.
