Convey a positive impression of HUGO BOSS to the marketplace by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, showcasing the brand through exciting merchandise presentations and executing operational strategies resulting in positive operating profits.
What you can expect:
\n\tSupport VDC install, maintain and execute window presentations while partnering with your Regional Visual Merchandiser (“RVM”).\n\tParticipate in Model Store set up and provide coaching to shop/store associates with new information learned.\n\tSupport Fashion point mannequin dressing, styling & maintenance within shop/store.\n\tEnsure correct signage and storytelling vinyls, sale VMP’s are correctly implemented.\n\tSupport overall VM maintenance of the store (Store team and sales associates to continue with replenishment, folding, steaming).\n\tUpload Model store set up photos for local review and global review. Daily compliance via photo/written feedback to SM /RVM will be required as proof of work. Work phones will be provided.\n\tHelp maintain VM supply areas to keep VM products in good condition.\n\tAvailability to support new openings or special capsule setups in local stores as needed.\n\tProvide weekly store visit reports to Visual Manager, Canada, Local Regional Visual Merchandiser, Store or shop manager, Regional Managers.\n\tDevelop and train in-store staff on HUGO BOSS visual standards and best practices.\n\tFeedback and review of store standards will be provided by the SM/RVM in home store at the beginning of each work week. The work week of the In-store VM should always begin at the home store.\n\tDaily direction and communication will be provided by the SM/RVM to In-Store VM.\n\tWeekly work schedules will be determined in advance by the SM, based on the needs of the business.\n\tAny PTO requests must be submitted one month in advance and cannot conflict with core responsibilities (Model Store, VDC installations, etc.). Core responsibilities are to be defined by SM/RVM.\n\tIn-Store VM schedule will align with store hours and must have open availability. The In-Store VM may be subject to working nights and weekends.\n\tBooking Travel, hotel accommodations and reimbursements will be managed by the SM. In-Store VM will be responsible for inputting expenses through their Concur account.\n
Your profile:
\n\tBachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, or Diploma in Fashion or Visual Merchandising\n\t1-3 years’ experience in-store visual merchandising or presentation\n\tFlexible, diplomatic facilitator with excellent communication skills and dedication to follow through\n\tCreative ability, visual display ability required\n\tOrganization skills\n\tProficient in MS Office, with emphasis on Powerpoint\n
