Job Summary:
The Visual Merchandising Supervisor manages the implementation of visual merchandising strategies across large regions of retail stores. This role involves supervising teams to ensure effective merchandise handling, replenishment, and inventory control, driving store profitability. The supervisor ensures consistent brand presentation and high visual standards, driving a seamless customer experience. Partners closely with Market Sales Managers to solve issues and collaborates to meet the needs of individual markets.Job Description:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead and oversee visual merchandisers across a large region, ensuring alignment with business goals and creative direction.Develop, communicate, and execute merchandising strategies, including distributing SOPs, planograms, and new visual initiatives.Ensure merchandise is displayed according to company standards through regular audits and store visits.Collaborate with Market Sales Managers and Store Managers to drive sales by maintaining merchandising standards.Analyze sales trends and competitor strategies to inform merchandising decisions.Coordinate and lead new store openings, remodels, visual enhancements, and market setups.Assists team with large floor moves, resets, and projects as needed.Solve operational challenges to ensure seamless execution and adherence to company plans.Conducts regular team meetings and check-ins as well as 1:1 coaching and performance guidance of team membersPresents merchandising updates at market meetings.Other duties as assignedSCOPE & IMPACT:This position will be responsible for overseeing the execution of up to 17 Visual Merchandisers and their 6-10 store territories. The Visual Merchandising Strategy drives store sales and is essential to the profitability of Retail.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s in Merchandising or related field, with 4-6 years of relevant experience including 1-3 years supervisory/leadership experience or equivalent.Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) Strong organization skills and high attention to detailSelf-management to demonstrate self-control and the ability to manage time and prioritiesTravel: Up to 75%PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: NoneSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Up to 17 direct reportsSalary Range: $75,100 - $104,200
