The AGI Alexa Information team is seeking a Visual UI Designer to elevate AI experiences through high-quality UI creation. We value attention to detailed aesthetics for flexible and dynamic user interfaces across web and mobile platforms. Our focus is on designing and delivering widely-adopted consumer internet products that make a difference in people's lives.


Key job responsibilities
- Visualize experiences in the abstract, build consensus, and drive that vision into concise design deliverables
- Foster a customer-focused design culture by sharing best practices and influencing product strategy
- Use systems-level design thinking to drive scalable design solutions
- Present design work to executive leadership and other stakeholders
- You will be a tastemaker and visual storyteller, and advocate for design excellence to create meaningful connections between customers and our products

A day in the life
In this role, you'll design intuitive and engaging user interfaces that bridge the gap between advanced AI technology and everyday users. You will work hands-on with a talented team of designers, applying your understanding of visual systems and best practices. You will collaborate cross-functionally to drive elegant design solutions from early concept through final implementation. You will share ideas and receive feedback in a supportive, inclusive environment, and contribute to the development of innovative AI-driven user experience. Your work will directly impact customers who interact with Alexa through various devices, including Kindle eReaders, Fire Tablets, Echo devices, and more.
