Description We are offering a contract for a Visualization Coordinator position based in FORT WASHINGTON, Pennsylvania. This role operates within a hybrid working model, entailing a combination of remote work and a mandatory in-office presence every Wednesday. The industry in focus revolves around coordinating 3D exterior renderings, outsourced to third-party vendors, for use in marketing collateral throughout the company. Responsibilities: • Coordinate projects involving 3D exterior renderings used in brochure inserts and community websites, outsourced to third-party vendors. • Ensure the operational health of these requests, adhering to established budget policies and procedures. • Perform quality assurance reviews using architectural drawings and checklists. • Update documentation and track projects using multiple internal systems to meet deadline requirements. • Proofread and review initial artwork in the first and second review tiers. • Communicate effectively with all project participants. • Execute administrative functions such as daily database updates to track workflows and spending on vendor services. • Optimize the team's production processes to balance efficiency and quality in collaboration with project participants. • Uphold brand guidelines throughout all project stages. • Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud programs, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suites for varied tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in Documentation, ensuring all project details are accurately recorded and updated. • Familiarity with Procedures and Policy implementation, ensuring compliance with organizational standards. • Understanding of Budget Processes, to efficiently manage resources and monitor expenditure. • Ability to maintain Quality and conduct regular Reviews to ensure project standards are met. • Experience with maintaining and updating Websites, ensuring current and accurate information is available. • Excellent Time Management skills, capable of meeting strict deadlines and handling multiple tasks. • Strong Collaboration skills, able to work effectively with diverse teams and departments. • Mastery of Microsoft Office Suites for the creation and management of project-related documents and presentations. • Experience in Quality Assurance, ensuring all deliverables meet the set quality standards. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, for creating and editing project visuals. • Experience in Coordination roles, ensuring smooth operation and timely completion of projects. • Knowledge of dealing with Third Party and Third-Party Vendors for project-related tasks and purchases. • Experience in Marketing Communication, to effectively promote and communicate project details. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, for creating and editing architectural designs. • Experience in handling Artwork, ensuring it aligns with project objectives and aesthetics. • Familiarity with Corporate Office environment and its dynamics. • Ability to create and follow Checklists for systematic completion of tasks. • Adherence to Brand Guidelines, ensuring all visuals and communications are in line with the brand's identity. • Knowledge of Interior Design, to contribute to the aesthetic aspects of the project. • Skills in Rendering, to create realistic and accurate visual representations. • Understanding of Production Processes, to oversee the creation and delivery of project deliverables. • Ability to interpret Architectural Drawings, to understand and implement design plans.
