WE LOVE OUR WORK. Must be 21 Years of age or older.Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent. Responsible for fostering a fun environment.Responsible for being a gracious host to all guests and co-workers.Responsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored events.Perform the service functions of exchanging currency, redeeming payout tickets, helping in dispatch or aiding VLT floor attendants with service calls and conducting pre-shifts as needed due to business demands and volume; coordinate guest’s satisfaction resolution.Ensures all assignments are completed during each shift.Provide witnessing/authorizing signature for VLT jackpot payments as described by department policies.Maintain cleanliness of gaming floor including keeping chairs pushed in, disposing of cups, and any other light cleaning responsibilities to promote a positive player environment.Actively seeking out opportunities to service customers.Responsible for team member adherence to departmental policies, operating procedures, directives, and regulations.Be knowledgeable about player events, marketing promotions and services/amenities throughout the property.Must always demonstrate friendly, ethical cooperative behavior with customers and co-workers. Must have outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitude.Must enjoy hosting others.Must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with our guests.Previous Attendant experience is required.Able to promptly and accurately follow instructions given by Assistant Shift Manager or Manager.Must be able to maintain a calm demeanor in a high stress environment.Must be able to navigate multiple computer programs.Must be able to pass background check.Must have the ability to multi-task when necessary.Must have open availability including all three shifts, weekends, and holidays.
