Perform the service functions of exchanging currency, redeeming payout tickets, helping in dispatch or aiding VLT floor attendants with service calls and conducting pre-shifts as needed due to business demands and volume; coordinate guest’s satisfaction resolutionEnsures all assignments are completed during each shiftProvide witnessing/authorizing signature for VLT jackpot payments as described by department policiesMaintain cleanliness of gaming floor including keeping chairs pushed in, disposing of cups, and any other light cleaning responsibilities to promote a positive player environmentActively seeking out opportunities to service customersKnowledge of and enforcement of all gaming laws and regulations which apply to the functions and duties of this positionResponsible for jackpot payoutsPerform minor service on VLT machines (clear bill jams, fill printer paper, etc.) and notify VLT Technician when repair is neededWork with the VLT Technical department to ensure that all machines in assigned area are in good working orderBe knowledgeable about player events, marketing promotions and services/amenities throughout the propertyMust always demonstrate friendly, ethical cooperative behavior with customers and co-workersPerform any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position’s job description, where, in the Company’s judgment, those duties are necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or guest serviceThis job description is not intended to be all-inclusive and team members may also be asked to perform other reasonable related duties as assigned.
