Civeo Australia are looking for experienced Remote Village Managers and Assistant Village Managers to join our leadership team in regional Queensland. These are hands-on management roles where you’ll spend time in the field directly with your teams day-to-day. About You
As an experienced FIFO Village Manager {VM} or Assistant VM, you know how to prioritise effectively and can handle multiple competing requirements, your management skills are highly developed from years of industry experience. You will be an excellent communicator who can speak with ease to a diverse group of clients, visitors and guests.
You will have experience in managing your own profit and loss and are familiar with navigating the scope of a service contract. In addition, you’re a safety champion with an in-depth understanding of remote site safety standards, especially HACCP. You can delegate effectively, lead by example and drive strong performance in safety, financial and guest experience outcomes in line with Civeo and client requirements.

Village Management experience at various levels – our sites range in size from 150 people up to 3000 so we can work with you to find a village that matches your experience or aspirations Outstanding leadership experience with the ability to build a strong, stable team Strong understanding of Profit and Loss, budgeting, costs controls and rostering Minimum 1-2 years of FIFO / DIDO / Remote experience as a Village Manager or AVM Must possess a valid driver’s license Must possess a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate Currently have or willing to obtain a clear National Police Clearance under 6 months old Able to pass a medical and drug screen Knowledge of rostering & time and attendance is essential Able to train and develop your own team onsiteSkills:
