VMO Analyst
Job Description A client is looking for a Vendor Management Analyst to join their team. This will be an onsite role that will include the following responsibilities: * Manage your Jira Kanban board and submit all requests via tickets creation and attend daily team stand up meetings. * Handle and promptly respond to emails and follow up on outstanding requests. * Work with various business units to submit legal intake form, supporting documentation is submitted, and suitable vendor onboarding activities are conducted. * Proactively maintain effective communication with business stakeholders, finance rep, sourcing team, and vendors to keep the process moving. Skills and Requirements * Bachelor's degree or 4+ year of related experience * 2+ yrs. of experience procurement platforms * 2+ yrs. of experience vendor management related activities, preferably within the technology and sourcing space * 2+ yrs. Experience on Purchase Management Systems * Must be a strong team player and self-motivated learner with a problem-solving attitude with excellent communications skills. * Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. * Encouraging to the team; able to mentor and lead. * Pays strict attention to detail, self-starter and resourceful. * Must be able to manage multiple requests for various stakeholders. * Must be a good listener and retain detailed information regarding various technical projects. * Jira, Office 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Visio, Database, PowerPoint, Skilled with Excel Macros/formulas. null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
