Vendor Management Office (VMO) Manager Leprino Foods is seeking a Vendor Management Office (VMO) Manager to strengthen our IT vendor relationships, optimize costs, and ensure service excellence. If youre an experienced leader with a passion for strategic vendor management, wed love to meet you. At Leprino Foods, starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $106,000 and $128,000. This position has an annual target bonus of 12%. + Develop and execute a vendor management strategy aligned with business goals. + Build strong vendor relationships and negotiate cost-effective contracts that enhance service quality. + Partner with internal teams to ensure vendor solutions meet operational needs. + Establish performance metrics to track vendor accountability and improvement. + Identify cost-saving opportunities within IT services and vendor agreements. + Act as the bridge between vendors and internal teams, resolving concerns and driving service improvements. + Stay ahead of industry trends to leverage the best available technology. + Oversee IT vendor financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis. + Implement and uphold vendor governance policies and best practices. + Ensure compliance with IT governance, risk management, and regulatory requirements. You Have At Least (Required Qualifications): + Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience. + 5-7+ years in vendor management, procurement, or a related field. + 3+ years leading IT services or product management teams. + Experience managing IT budgets and financial planning. + Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing cost-effective vendor agreements.
