Maintains consistent records of client behavior, work performance, progress on goals, and client payroll. Oversees production within the group, delegates assignments to clients and CCWs, and ensures work quality and compliance to deadlines. Maintains accurate attendance and payroll records for clients within the group. Plans and implements productive and educational downtime activities for clients after work assignments are completed. Maintains consistent records of client behavior, work performance/production and progress on program goals. Prepares and submits to nurse/supervisor/vocational program specialist any and all required reports. Utilizes and maintains adaptive equipment as stipulated in the client’s IHP to assist the client in the acquisition of skills to enhance performance in specific tasks. Assists in developing and implementing individual behavioral programs as appropriate, in accordance with Woods Services Behavior Management Policy. Provides ongoing assistance, instruction, and supervision as required during client mealtime activities. Assists clients in the areas of personal care as necessary or as stipulated by the IHP. Assists with client arrival to and dismissal from the workshop. Maintains a safe organized work environment, ensuring materials and supplies are kept clean and in good working order. Attends and participates in training sessions, staff meetings, in-service trainings and special assignments as required. Perform other duties as assigned. Must be 18 years of age or older. A diver's license may be required. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. A minimum of 1 years experience in a habilitative /vocational setting serving adults with developmental disabilities required. Education Vocational Instructor 1 Proof of a High School Diploma, GED or a College Degree is required; Vocational Instructor 2 Proof of an Associate’s Degree is required; Vocational Instructor 3 Proof of a college degree in any field required; Vocational Instructor 4 Must possess a bachelor’s degree (issued in the US, or verified by an authorized accreditation agency) in a human services field; About Woods Services Woods Services is a Pennsylvania and New Jersey-based non-profit population health network and advocacy organization that along with its six affiliate organizations provides life-long innovative, comprehensive and integrated health, education, housing, workforce, behavioral health and case management services to more than 22,000 children and adults in the intellectual and developmental disability, child welfare, behavioral and brain trauma public health sectors who have complex and intensive medical and behavioral healthcare needs.
