Position Perks & Benefits: + Employee benefits package - health, dental, vision, retirement, life, & more** + Paid time off - 29 days per year including vacation & holiday pay + Clinical supervision - provided free* for PLPC, LMSW, PLMFT + Additional income opportunities - for LPC & LCSW (provide supervision) + Mileage reimbursement - company paid for work functions requiring travel + NHSC approved - eligible site for tax-free student loan assistance + T op-notch training - initial, ongoing, comprehensive, and supportive Career mobility - advancement opportunities/promoting from within + Welcoming, warm, supportive - a work culture & environment that promotes your well-being, values you as human being, and encourages your health and happiness Key Responsibilities: + Treat all clients, referral sources, stakeholders, and team members with dignity and respect. + Adhere to confidentiality, CARF, and contractual standards during service provision. + Maintain flexibility in work availability, including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts. + Develop and maintain a working knowledge of disabilities and potential assistive technology/accommodations. + Compile and review vocational, medical, psychological, and educational information to assist clients with skill development and career planning. + Contribute to or develop individualized service plans with clients and conduct activities identified within these plans. + Coordinate paid work-based learning experiences, including orientation, paperwork, and timesheets. + Transport clients to carry out goals and objectives identified in their service plans. + Monitor and report on progress toward service plan goals, ensuring adherence to authorizations and reporting requirements. + Instruct and facilitate clients’ skill development and career planning activities. + Establish community-based sites for skill development and career planning. + Provide onsite job supports and assist clients with learning and performing their job duties. + Implement a variety of job support techniques to accommodate clients' unique needs. + Serve as a liaison between employers, clients, and co-workers to facilitate job accommodations. + Provide off-site job supports, including coordinating additional services and transportation. Experience and Education Qualifications: + High school diploma or equivalent certificate required; associate’s or bachelor's degree preferred. + Experience in rehabilitation, employment services, case management, or social services preferred.
