Needs Assessment: Perform comprehensive evaluations to gauge clients' aptitudes, interests, values, and transferable skills, pinpoint areas requiring enhancement, and ascertain requisites for employment success.Service Coordination: Liaise with employment specialists, job developers, recruiters, HR managers, and labor market analysts to synchronize efforts, pool intelligence, and broker deals furthering clients' career objectives.Job Matching: Identify vacancies fitting clients' profiles, submit applications, schedule interviews, negotiate contracts, arrange transportation, and furnish interview garb, accessories, grooming kits, and portfolio binders.Accommodations Advocacy: Plead the case for reasonable accommodations commensurate with clients' functional limitations, circumscribing undue hardship, removing architectural barriers, modifying equipment, and altering workplace policies.Ongoing Training: Supplement core capabilities through didactic lectures, workshop series, online courses, boot camps, hackathons, and networking events, keeping abreast of industry trends and acquiring state-of-the-art competencies.Soft Skills Instruction: School clients in essential verbal and nonverbal cues, email etiquette, telephone manners, meeting protocols, time management, task prioritization, delegation, teamwork, leadership, conflict resolution, active listening, negotiation, and assertiveness.Technology Literacy: Equip clients with rudimentary computer literacy, MS Office Suite fluency, internet navigation, cybersecurity hygiene, mobile device optimization, and social media presence management.Financial Planning: Coach clients in basic bookkeeping, expense tracking, tax preparation, credit score repair, debt reduction, savings accumulation, retirement provisioning, and estate distribution.Wellness Maintenance: Educate clients on stress management, sleep hygiene, exercise routines, nutritious meal choices, ergonomic workspace configurations, tobacco cessation, alcohol moderation, drug avoidance, and harm reduction.Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent certificate is required; an associate’s or bachelor's degree in an applicable field from an accredited institution is preferred. Experience in rehabilitation, employment services, case management, social services or other applicable experience is preferred.Additional Qualifications:
