About SAP VT/STAR Program
The Global Vocational Training (VT) / Student Training and Rotation (STAR) program offers a unique opportunity to combine academic learning with hands-on industry experience at SAP, the world's leading business software provider. This program will jump-start your career by allowing you to immediately apply your academic knowledge in a real-world environment. Our well-rounded program supports both personal and professional growth. Unlike most internships, this program allows students to continue their studies at university without taking a break or needing to graduate first. Upon graduation, you will have opportunities to apply for open positions within SAP and potentially become a valued member of our team. As an intern, you'll be part of the Global VT/STAR program, which operates in 14 countries and includes approximately 1,300 students.
Education and qualifications
Open to both undergraduate and graduate students who meets the following requirements and core competencies and skills listed below.

PC 3 Team Introduction
The SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) organization is a business unit responsible for providing cloud hosted infrastructure and application management services to SAP customers around the world in a 24x7 operations model. Our portfolio of private cloud solutions turns SAP products into a solution-as-a-service on customer’s preferred infrastructure, including Hyperscalers, as one SAP. The portfolio is at the center of the SAP strategy to help customers on their journey to use SAP S/4HANA and become an Intelligent Enterprise.
As part of ECS, the SAP Enterprise Cloud Services Private Cloud Customer Center, or PC3, is an organization dedicated to managing service delivery at scale for high-volume, private cloud customers.
Because we are at the heart of the SAP strategy, our business unit is growing rapidly. The Role
The digital Customer Engagement Manager (dCEM) is responsible for E2E customer engagement and delivery of contractual agreement and services for SAP Cloud Customers of SAP Enterprise Cloud Services, mainly focusing on SAP S/4HANA, private cloud edition deliverables.
The dCEM oversees the customer lifecycle from the moment of contract signing, particularly customer onboarding, continuous service delivery, release and maintenance project initiation, change management and renewal support for a range of customers. The dCEM is also expected to maintain customer satisfaction through issue mitigation and escalation management, and helping customers maximize the value of their partnership with SAP. The dCEM manages a variety of technical and engagement aspects during the various phases of a range of customer’s lifecycle. They will work in seamless collaboration with Project Leads (PL) and SAP Enterprise Cloud Services internal delivery teams for the committed scope of delivery throughout the customer engagement lifecycle. This role also provides expert support in operations and facilitates the service lifecycle.
Key tasks comprise the following:
Supports sales to delivery handover and customer onboarding to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services Initiates digital service kick off for customers Ensures periodic service reviews to track the service quality across a range of customers Contributes to onboarding/transitioning customers to ECS Orchestrates the overall service/project delivery according to planned scope, budget, and milestones Supports in de-escalations of critical customer situations Supports critical customer situations in conjunction with Major Incident Management (MIM), SAP Enterprise Cloud Services Customer Office teams and SAP Product Support, as applicable Executes technical feasibility studies / solution reviews (if applicable) Contributes to customer release and maintenance activities Supports customers on technical requirements throughout their lifecycle within the SAP Enterprise Cloud Services scope of engagement Executes and supports problem management and continuous improvement Support customer satisfaction surveys Reviews SLA service credit cases Supports commercial change requests Contributes to the liaison with different SAP stakeholders to ensure customer success Supports in reviewing account status and analyzing if account needs to be transitioned to another team, based on growth in volume or complexity of the account overtime.That’s where YOU come in.
As a VT/STAR student, you will be responsible to:
Successfully complete an 18-month program that strengthens a foundation for a successful customer-facing career at SAP. Participate in experiential learning opportunities and acquire a wide variety of business, industry and SAP solution skills while working with emerging and cutting-edge technologies. Receive on-the-job training under the mentorship of a senior Consultant colleague while working with our customers to gain real world experience and acquire the skills necessary to help guide our customers through their Digital Transformation journey.The program will enrich your knowledge of SAP as well as give you the professional experience to be ready to serve our customers. Your official start date at SAP is July 7th, 2025 and the total program period is 1 year 6 months. During your semester break, you will work full-time(40 hours per week) at SAP. During the semester, you will work on part-time (20 hours per week) or full-time at the company. You will be able to schedule your working time flexibly in accordance with your university schedule and the requirements of your department. You can apply for permanent positions after the completion of your studies and after half-completing this program (9 months), either in one of our business teams or in one of our graduate or Academy programs. If you get accepted, you can be converted into permanent employee by completing this program earlier than 18 months.
The program provides maximum support for internships through the university-operated field practicum program(대학 현장실습 프로그램/학점인정 프로그램), allowing you to earn university credit.
