We are seeking a highly skilled Voice AI Platform Engineer to lead the deployment of AI modules into production environments and collaborate with algorithm engineers to optimize the modules' power consumption and memory requirements. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the engineering implementation of AI algorithms, including development in C/C++, DSP platform porting, and optimization. You will also focus on the deployment and optimization of neural network (NN) models based on NPU or CPU architectures.

Responsibilities:

AI Module Deployment: Lead the deployment of AI modules into production environments, ensuring efficient and reliable operation.Optimization Collaboration: Work closely with algorithm engineers to optimize AI modules for power consumption and memory usage, ensuring the best performance across various platforms.Engineering Implementation: Support the engineering implementation of AI algorithms, including development using C/C++, DSP platform porting, and performance optimization.Neural Network Optimization: Deploy and optimize neural network (NN) models on NPU or CPU platforms, focusing on maximizing efficiency and effectiveness.System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI modules into existing systems and workflows.Performance Testing: Conduct testing and validation of AI modules and NN models to guarantee performance standards are met in production environments.Technical Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for AI modules, including deployment processes, optimization strategies, and system integration guidelines.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.5+ years experience in C/C++ development, DSP platform porting, and optimization.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in AI module deploymentKnowledge of AI frameworks and tools, AI algorithms and neural network models.Experience with NPU and CPU-based NN model deployment and optimization.Understanding of power consumption and memory optimization techniques.Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with algorithm engineers and global teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on optimizing AI performance in production environments.Experience in voice AI or related fields.Familiarity with embedded systems and real-time processing environments.

This position will be based in our North America Headquarters in Raleigh, NC.  Our office has transitioned to a hybrid work environment supporting 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.  To be considered, candidates need to be local to Raleigh or willing to relocate on their own.
