Description
We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Voice Analyst. This role operates within the industry and involves providing support to our Network Operations Center. The successful candidate will be tasked with the provisioning and maintenance of VoIP related products, serving as a technical support escalation point for our national voice services platform. This position is fully remote.
Responsibilities:
• Acting as the principal escalation path for field agents dealing with VoIP related dispatches and trouble tickets
• Overseeing network devices, interfaces, and trouble tickets, providing continuous monitoring for issues affecting our customers' voice services
• Troubleshooting issues with our voice services and updating call paths as necessary
• Collaborating with carriers and vendors to open new trouble tickets, schedule dispatches and keep up to date on existing trouble tickets
• Handling incoming calls and responding to emails regarding service troubles or call path changes in a timely and detail oriented manner
• Coordinating the proper installation and configuration of voice service components
• Maintaining active communication with our customers, on-site technicians, carrier service providers, and our Technical Support Engineers and VoIP Engineers
• Ensuring all tickets and jobs are handled quickly and accurately from start to finish.
Skills required include experience with Cisco Voice Over Internet (Voip), Voice over internet protocol (VoIP), VoIP System, IP Telephony, Telephony System, Network Operation Center, Basic Troubleshooting, ISDN, SIP, Customer Service, and Resolve Customer Service.
Requirements • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Cisco Voice Over Internet (VoIP)
• Familiarity with Voice over internet protocol (VoIP)
• Understanding of VoIP System and IP Telephony
• Experience with Telephony System and Network Operation Center
• Basic Troubleshooting skills are essential
• Knowledge of ISDN and SIP protocols
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to resolve customer service issues effectively
