Voice Technician
GCyber is seeking a Voice Technician to support a high profile DISA customer. As a Voice Technician, you will support and maintain the voice communication systems.    As a Voice Technician, you will: + Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot voice communication systems (ISDN, VoIP, VoSIP, teleconferencing) to ensure high availability and service quality. + Apply DoD processes and standards to maintain compliance with security and operational policies. + Provide exceptional customer support, resolving issues in a high-visibility environment and ensuring user satisfaction. + Conduct troubleshooting and problem analysis, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions for voice system issues. + Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of voice system configurations, changes, and troubleshooting steps, contributing to the knowledge base and operational continuity. + Collaborate with IT and network teams, staying current with emerging technologies to improve system performance and reliability. Minimum Qualifications and Experience: + Active DoD Secret security clearance + Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work experience. + 3+ years of related Voice Technician experience + 3+ years of related IT/Telecommunications experience working within the DoD Environment + One or more relevant telephony certifications from recognized institutions such as Avaya, Nortel, AT&T, or equivalent.   Our Benefits GCyber is committed to the well-being and development of every employee.
