How you'll make an impact Develop new VB business opportunities through H&W producers/Account Mgrs., client referrals, networking, prospecting, and cross-selling to achieve 10% organic growth. Conduct annual book reviews with each producer. Actively engage in all phases of the VB sales cycle and not limited to ongoing client support. Update SF with VB activity and report on it in branch sales meetings. Introduce Gallagher’s full-service offerings to broaden the scope and impact of client relationships. Collaborate often with the National Practice Service Team and the Regional VB Practice Leader to design, plan, and deliver VB solutions. Convey deep technical expertise and industry knowledge to help clients evaluate opportunities to reduce cost, risk, and improve the overall competitiveness of benefits. Mentor new and existing producers on everything VB from internal enrollment solutions to industry trends. Constantly stay abreast of industry, market and legislative trends and share insight with the VB team. Develop proposals that are fiscally sound, reflect an appropriate investment in the client, and demonstrate the overall capabilities of Gallagher. Participate/conduct VB seminars and assist in the development of VB marketing campaigns. About You Interested candidates must submit an application and resume/CV online to be considered. Must be 18 years of age or older. Must have 3+ years of experience supporting Employee Benefit and Property Casualty Producers specific to voluntary benefits. Must have experience with Life, Health, and Property Casualty lines of coverage. Must have business development, prospecting, and relationship building experience. May have HR Technologies experience such as Workday, ADP, BSwift, and others. Must be willing to submit to a background investigation; any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation.
