What you’ll do

You’ll play a very important role on the hospice team by recruiting and organizing all volunteers to deliver the best care and services to hospice patients and their families. You’ll schedule volunteer visits, provide hospice education to volunteers, and influence creativity and positivity. We will look to you not only supervise all volunteers, but to perform administrative duties, too. Completing reports, mailings, evaluations, and documentation will be a regular part of your day.

 

What it takes

High school diploma or equivalent requiredBachelor’s degree preferredTwo years’ experience in a home health, hospice, long-term care, or other related healthcare setting preferredExperience as a volunteer preferred and within hospice desiredExperience in a human services environment preferredValid drivers license and acceptable driving record required Location Information
