Volunteer Coordinator - Volunteer Services - Part-Time 8 Hour Days

Assists management in providing coordination, direction and consultation for all volunteer service programs. To develop and review policies and procedures for the volunteer department under the direction of the manager. To provide coaching and feedback to volunteers. Serve as the lead and liaison between volunteers, the community and hospital staff. Responsible for initial and ongoing required training including evaluation. Responsible for volunteer placement in departments and coordination with unit management.


Minimum Education: High School diploma or equivalent Minimum Experience/Knowledge: Previous Volunteer experience desirable. Flexible schedule desirable. Ability to communicate well, written and verbally.
