Volunteer Services Coordinator - Part Time

**JOB SUMMARY**
The Coordinator of Volunteer Services is responsible for the coordination and implementation of defined volunteer programs and activities, to include recruiting, orienting and scheduling volunteers.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE**
+ Consults with management, administrators and staff to regulate organization needs for various volunteer services.
+ Coordinates and executes volunteer recruitment activities in support of specified program priorities.
+ Schedules and facilitates volunteer meetings and provides special instructions and orientation for volunteers.
+ Serves as liaison between administration, staff and volunteers. Coordinates quarterly volunteer recognition.
+ Maintains a database of volunteers and time logs of volunteer activities in accordance with all regulatory requirements.
+ Prepares and provides post-activity evaluation data, as appropriate; prepares reports and maintains files and documentation.

+ Knowledge of volunteer programs.
+ Proven verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a wide range of constituencies.
+ Proven organizational and presentation skills.
+ Skilled in the use of personal computers and related software applications.
+ Ability to coordinate and organize meetings and special events.
+ Ability to establish and maintain effective collaborative relationships.
+ Ability to prepare and maintain written reports.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
+ EDUCATION - Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification
+ EXPERIENCE - 1 Year of Experience
