As we continue our path for growth, we are looking for Business Development Executives to join our team!

What will you do?
* Drive new client lead generation and business opportunities.
* Achieve predefined new business goals through strategic sales plans.
* Prepare and present high-impact client presentations.
* Analyze RFP requirements and develop compelling proposals.
* Manage project workflows and timelines effectively.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

* Prospect new business via industry research and cold calling.

* Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.

* Have the strong ability to close deals and build sales pipelines.
* Demonstrate excellent storytelling and presentation skills.

* Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
* Extensive industry contacts and entrepreneurial drive.
Experience and Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree is required.
* 10+ years of successful RFP proposal generation and business development.
* Proven track record in multi-million-dollar sales development.
* Project management experience from inception through transition.
* Previous experience in Retail, CPG, and/or manufacturing sectors.
* Be able to travel up to 20% as needed.
