In this role you will develop and present business cases that showcase our outsourcing CCaaS capabilities in domestic, offshore, and nearshore contact centers and customer experience delivery. This role is highly strategic and highly visible.  This individual must be comfortable working within a matrix environment from a reporting and resource perspective. 

Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic growth plans for the Transportation, Logistics, Retail, and CPG verticals, including competitive analysis, market penetration strategies, and go-to-market initiatives. Build and cultivate relationships with executive and C-suite stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and advocate for Foundever’s value proposition. Lead the sales cycle with a consultative, relationship-driven, and solution-based approach to meet client needs and exceed revenue targets. Acquire new accounts and logos, ensuring alignment with Foundever’s profitability goals and delivering exceptional service to clients. Incorporate digital transformation into all proposals, leveraging Foundever’s expertise in AI, automation, and data analytics to optimize client outcomes. Provide thought leadership by identifying emerging industry trends, developing innovative solutions, and sharing insights with internal teams and clients. Collaborate with global teams to drive knowledge-sharing and best practices across verticals. Set and manage key targets across regions to ensure alignment with Foundever’s strategic objectives. Primary Job Responsibilities   Bachelor’s degree or equivalent mix of education and work experience. 5-7+ years of sales experience; a thought leader in their vertical. Proven sales performance; understand key players and trends, familiar with client pain points and solutions. Strong grasp of vertical specifics, including regulatory or market dynamics.  Extensive network within the vertical, understands competitive landscape and can navigate complex sales cycles. Deep industry knowledge, including trends and forecasts; actively contributes to strategic discussions and solutions for clients.     Developed innovative strategies or solutions that significantly impacted the vertical and client. Deep understanding of contact center operations and strategies for achieving key performance metrics in an enterprise sales role. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within the Transportation, Logistics, Retail, or CPG industries. Proven success in securing new business and closing high-value enterprise deals in a competitive BPO market. Strong experience in BPO, consulting, or service-oriented industries is highly preferred. Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to adapt to evolving market conditions and emerging technologies while maintaining a client-first mindset. Our Perks

Salary Range 

 

The base pay range for this position in the United States is up to $190,000.00 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience.  Plus, a generous sales commission plan.
