Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the VP of Business Operations will lead critical cross functional programs related to growth, cost optimization, new product introduction, geo expansion, M&A and the coordination and tracking of company wide KPIs and OKRs. Through a data centric and customer focused approach the VP of Business Operations ensures the successful collaboration to execute key strategic initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner closely with our Executive Leadership Team to accelerate Ping's cross functional execution Collaborate with leaders and team members to analyze the business, identify critical challenges, and define and prioritize solutions Oversee the successful delivery of those solutions, being a champion of solving operational needs Oversee strategic planning processes that ensure Ping is setting the right direction across all teams, and aligned for successful execution of strategic goals Guide team in analyzing product performance, extracting meaningful insights, and supporting process improvements for Product Management and Engineering Craft presentations to communicate critical information through a variety of avenues - board meetings, companywide kickoffs, business reviews, etc. Lead merger and acquisition integrationSKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
