VP, Cashback Card Strategy and Product Development
**Key Responsibilities** Growth of Cashback credit cards is a significant strategic focus for the organization, with high visibility and attention given its size and profitability. Double Cash and Custom Cash continues to drive Citi’s leadership in the Cashback space through its unique and rich value proposition. This role offers the opportunity to grow and optimize the Cash portfolio by balancing acquisition and engagement strategies across the two leading products. The role is also responsible for tracking consumer needs and the competitive marketplace for opportunities to influence product development through a rigorous end-to-end development cycle + **Portfolio Health:** Closely monitor the health of the Cash franchise, looking at each product separately and together and providing a POV on all financial and behavioral metrics. Identify and drive deep dives into specific customer behaviors to inform strategic actions in both acquisition and engagement efforts for different Cash products + **Financial Monitoring/Management:** Manage all aspects of the P&L (where we are, reforecasting, Plan process) for Cash; provide perspective on the provided financials of the business using analysis of key drivers and provide POV on what we can do to impact how we are progressing as a business. Drive the connection of financial performance and dynamics to the implemented Cash strategy and identify potential opportunity areas for exploration + **Forecasting:** Partner very closely with Finance, Decision Management and Risk to develop, engage with and opine on all forecasts – both in year, for Plan and for longer range – to ensure specific Cash product strategies are reflected in assumed trends. + **Product development:** Identify opportunities to plug gaps in product portfolio for Cash either through development of new products that fit the needs of the organization or expanding the usage of existing products into new segments Citi is under-penetrated into. Provide rapid and thorough point of view on the impact of new offers and competitive moves in the market on the overall Cash portfolio strategy and individual products + **Annual budget management:** Drive monthly budget discussion and manage portfolio annual funds to ensure self-funded efforts receive allocated money. Own contract and invoicing for the portfolio to ensure timely budget processing **Candidate Qualifications** + Bachelor’s Degree in economics, finance, accounting, engineering, mathematics, statistics, business, computer science or related quantitative discipline + Strong analytical skills, particularly with financial management and forecasting; high degree of comfort with credit card P&Ls + Strong creativity, self-motivated, with a passion to transform the business + Project management and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously + Influencing skills - ability to work across multiple teams, functions, and businesses + Strong written and verbal communication skills **Candidate Qualifications** + 6 years of experience in a financial institution ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family Group:** Consumer Sales ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family:** Consumer Product Sales ------------------------------------------------------ **Time Type:** Full time ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location:** Wilmington Delaware United States ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:** $125,760.00 - $188,640.00 In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
