Role Description
This role will be responsible for managing Blackrock CCB Wealth’s Fixed Income portfolios, covering a wide variety of asset types including rates and credits. The successful candidate will work closely with different stakeholders and will be responsible for direct rates and credits bond investment, ensuring that Fixed Income portfolios are managed effectively and in a consistent and risk-controlled manner. The investment objective is to pursue stable returns along with proper drawdown control.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Fixed income portfolio including daily direct rates/credits bond investment and liquidity management for wealth management products based on investors’ risk appetite, macro policies, market changes, and other factors.Responsible for researching and introducing various new innovative instruments to product investment universeCollaborate with client business team in product roadshowsWork with multiple internal teams across the firm to build out a best practice for a scalable robust portfolio management investment process.Maintain overall portfolio compliance respecting to portfolio guidelines and organize the resolution of issues with appropriate teams, including client business, Risk and Quantitative Analysis (RQA), trading, and compliance.Monitor transactional orders throughout the day and the address any trading related issues with the trading team.Skills and Qualifications:
Postgraduate degree, CFA, and/or similar professional qualification preferred.Minimum 8 years’ experience in China onshore asset management company, with 5 years’ key WMPs portfolio management experience (short term bond product preferred). Background from bank financial market department/asset management department, mutual funds, insurance company asset management, security house proprietary trading/asset management will be a plus.Specialization in swing rates/credit bond trading with hands-on experienceGood knowledge and experience of the China bond markets, market practices, participants, and regulatory environment.Strong process-oriented background including the introduction of controls & procedures. Able to demonstrate keen awareness of Operational risk issues.Excellent communication and presentation skills, and fluent in Mandarin and EnglishStrong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to function effectively in an unstructured, fast-paced environmentStrong work ethic and with the ability to work well under pressure as a team player.Our benefits

Our hybrid work model
