Job DescriptionNBCUniversal Advertising Platforms & Operations (AP&O) is responsible for the product development, project management, and day-to-day operations of NBCUniversal’s full advertising technology suite. From product management to program management to sales operations, our division services both internal and external customers in support of NBCUniversal’s $10B+ annual advertising business. Together, we’re building the platform that powers the future of advertising at NBCU.
The Ad Sales Identity and Data Product team within AP&O is responsible for collection, standardization, and management of NBCUniversal’s owned and licensed data products and assets. NBCU collected consumer data is used to enable identity resolution, activation, monetization, and data collaboration through secure, privacy-centric methods and technologies. The AP&O Identity and Data Product team leads product strategy and development for the NBCU identity graph within its suite of data products for the Advertising Sales division.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the SVP, Data Product and Partnerships, you will:
Own and manage the build, structure and maintenance of the NBCUniversal’s owned datasets and products.Lead NBCUniversal’s identity graph and strategy, as well as NBCUniversal’s first party audience product.Interact with stakeholders across AP&O, Operations & Technology (O&T), Data Management, Ad Sales Strategy and Data Audiences teams.Manage a team of direct reports and/or contractors.Lead and motivate cross-functional, agile teams by communicating product roadmaps, producing product documentation, prioritizing backlogs and coordinating with internal teams. People manage a team of direct reports, internal resources and/or licensed contractors to execute the build and maintenance of NBCU’s identity infrastructureSetting the product vision and executing the product roadmap for the NBCU’s 1st Party Data product, Identity graph and Identity servicesLead technical collaboration with O&T Development and Engineering teams, as well as outside vendors such as (but not limited to) Experian, Merkle, LiveRamp and TransUnionCommunicate effectively across a wide breadth of teams, skillsets and personalities. Salary range: $220,000 - $325,000 (bonus and long-term incentive eligible)
