About the Role
 

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader who can grow and manage a large business that serves the largest US law firms. The Law School program also reports into this segment as it serves all accredited schools in the US. This business is growing above historical rates and is poised to continue to excel.

You will be the face of the company to our largest customers, and build long-term relationships based on trust and value. You will connect with customers to advise the product roadmap, be an executive sponsor to customer boards (Librarian Advisory Board, CIO advisory Board, etc) and high profile renewals.
 

Responsibilities

Developing and implement the business strategy and plan for the Large Law market, including revenue, margin, and market share goals.Managing the P&L for the business unit, ensuring financial performance and accountability.Leading, coaching, and developing a team direct employees, including sales, marketing, delivery, and operations.Refining and optimizing the go to market and pricing strategy, based on market research, analysis, and customer feedback.Maintaining sales organization VC and alignment with the market opportunities, and provide sales enablement, training, and support.Investing in key marketing initiatives (events, webinars, campaigns, and content) to generate demand and awareness for our solutions and services.Collaborating with other business units, functions, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and synergy across the company.


Requirements

Demonstrate proven experience in successfully driving sales teams to achieve targets.Have experience in management consulting strategy and/or financial role using a data-driven approach to provide insights, guidance and opportunities to business stakeholders.Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to build influential relationships with customers and stakeholders.Display proven experience leading, managing and motivating a team of highly skilled individualsDisplay deep knowledge and understanding of the Print market, including the decision makers, influencers, procurement processes.Demonstrate relevant management experience with a proven track record of driving revenue, profitability, and market share growth.Have the ability to travel as needed (up to 10%)
