Position: VP of Legal Affairs and Deputy General Counsel 
Shift: Monday-Friday, Full-Time

Experience:

20+ years of active legal experience, either in a law firm, government or other in-house legal department setting (15+ in health care law preferred); three years of experience may be credited for clinical, health care administrative or other highly relevant work experience.  Deep experience with business transactions, including joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financing is strongly preferred. Focused concentration in specialty legal areas important to MLH’s business operations.

Education:
Undergraduate degree; Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

Licensures/Certifications:
Member of Pennsylvania Bar
