Job Summary:
Generate new business revenue from companies that have the potential to spend at scale -- typically large, national brands -- through direct-to-brand outreach. This role is a full-cycle seller, and is responsible for sourcing qualified target accounts, identifying high-value decision-makers at those companies, securing meetings, creating opportunities, and closing deals.
Job Responsibilities:
Meet or exceed sales targets by selling out of home advertising directly to large, national companiesGenerate new meetings with senior-level decision-makers through email, phone, and networking strategies.Establish and develop relationships with prospects and existing clients.Manage pipeline in terms of growing it with new opportunities and nurturing opportunities to move them toward and through closure or outCoordinate, collaborate, and communicate with internal partners (e.g.: agency-facing account executive) and stakeholders.Develop new prospects by monitoring business and consumer trends, closely following business news and activity, and conducting research on target sectors/companies.Conduct effective, insightful CNA’s (Client Needs Analysis) to understand the prospect’s motivations more deeply and what they will want to buyDevelop compelling, solution-centered presentations and proposals that address client needs.Perform other duties as assigned or requestedJob Qualifications:
Education and Certifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.Work Experience
Minimum of five (5) years of media advertising sales experience with a proven record of increasing success.Skills
Proficient in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and social media platforms.Competencies

This position primarily involves working both in an office environment and in the field, making sales calls, and servicing existing accounts.Employee must have the ability to lift and move items up to 15 pounds.Employee must have the ability to see written documents and computer screens, and to adjust focus.Other Requirements
Able to travel outside of the office 50% of the time for client meetings, corporate meetings, and industry events.Access to a reliable vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license.
The Targeted Salary Range for this New York position is $175,000 to $200,000 annually.
Hourly roles are overtime eligible; Operations roles are Productivity Pay eligible.
