The Vice President of Operations provides strategic and tactical operational leadership for the accounts and ensures the highest level of client and guest satisfaction, employee engagement and financial performance. The Vice President, Operations accepts and retains full accountability for the business performance against targets and ensures continuous improvement in all areas.
This position can be based in Los Angeles or New York City and will support accounts across the US.
What we're looking for:Minimum Qualifications:
At least 15 years of hospitality operations management experience, including 8+ years in multi-unit leadership roles within food service. Demonstrated success in driving superior operational performance through strong leadership, management, and analytical expertise. Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Strategic thinker with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Skilled in managing multiple projects, tasks, and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Highly organized and effective under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field is highly preferred.
