Vice President, Operations (US Remote)

What You’ll be Doing

Ready to contribute to a global organization leading as the operations subject matter expert? Looking to develop the right combination of strategy and partnership to achieve client success? You'll partner and develop relationships directly with clients and executive leadership ensuring program success while uncovering prospective expansion options. You'll provide overall leadership for effective operation in fulfilling the expectations we set for our client relationships and find new ways to achieve and exceed performance goals.

Reporting to the SVP, North American Operations, you’ll make an impact on the organization through your client development and growing the business. 

During a Typical Day, You'll

Develop positive client relationships by building a bridge to the client and evaluating the opportunities for growth Create and actualize the strategy for your clients in collaboration with the business segment leaders ensuring the business achieves its goals Prepare business plans for new markets and expansion of existing markets as you develop and broaden our business operations around the globe Build upon operating procedures consistent with the company’s policies and goals Evaluate the results of operations systematically and report to senior leadership Ensure all organization activities and operations are carried out in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Ensure that the responsibilities and authorities of all operations departments are defined and understood Oversee the operations department to guarantee a fiscally responsible operation as you prepare cost analysis for new business ventures, entailing labor costs, industry trends, suppliers, and potential growth opportunities

What You Bring to the Role

15 years operational leadership experience in a BPO work environment, and related outsourcing operations/business development experience Understanding of managing account financials to complete projections, manage costs and profitability General management experience including operations, human capital, facilities and financial management Lead and partner successfully with teams, management, and clients Team building and nurturing an inclusive environment

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $175,000-$200,000. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
