Provides direction for nursing departments in accordance with professional nursing standards and requirements of licensing and accrediting agencies. A Registered Nurse who is accountable to assure the standard of care is maintained within the framework of the Hospital System Mission, Vision, Values and Goals, Nursing Department goals and Budget guidelines.

Education & Experience:

Licensed as a registered nurse in New Jersey.  Bachelors or Master's degree in Nursing or Management.  Minimum of five (5) years of nursing management experience required.

Certification/Licensure: 

Licensed as a registered nurse in New Jersey. Certification in area of specialty preferred.
