About the Role:

The VP, PMO oversees the development and implementation of KeepTruckin’s Program & Project Management Organization along with driving the Annual Planning process. This role will require a strong balance of strategic thinking and execution planning.  The ideal candidate will manage all programs that flow through the PMO and ensure that project scope, plans, and timelines, budgets, and project resources are allocated effectively. This individual demonstrates a thorough understanding of project management methodologies, as well as the ability to execute and interact with business partners and cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are achieved. The VP focuses on project consistency, predictability, timeliness, and overall efficiency.  

What You'll Do: Lead cross-functional teams in the design, selection and implementation of solutions.  Identify & mitigate misaligned priorities, risks, & opportunities across the company Create and drive the Annual Planning Process to align your team and everyone in the company on the top priorities of the organization Ensure cross company goals and priorities are well known and understood, aligned across different BUs, resourced properly and set up to achieve their outcomes.   Improve Program Management Processes: PM tool standardization (Ex. Smartsheet) , Program Project Repository (Ex. Confluence), Process Documentation Repository (Intake, Planning, etc). Collaborate with stakeholders in operations, sales and other support group functions to design and execute organizational and process improvements. Responsible for providing regular executive updates and course corrections to ensure company objectives are being met and adjusted through effective program management. Optimize core business processes, introduce innovative ideas, and foster operational excellence across the organization. Responsible for communicating, tracking and driving attainment of stated company goals through effective Project Management including the on-time delivery of key projects and programs as stated in annual goals. Interview, hire, coach, train and develop staff. This includes, but not limited to, employee development, staff evaluations, and performance management of assigned staff. What We're Looking For: 10+ years of experience running a cross-functional PMO office in a hyper-growth SaaS environment  Experience managing multiple product launches and/or entering multiple new markets Managed cross-functional project teams of 25+ people  Expert-level knowledge of project and change management and associated methodologies, techniques, processes and approaches (e.g. Agile) Strategic Thinking: Ability to juggle multiple goals and deadlines in the context of the big picture Team Leadership & Development: Ability to mentor, coach and effectively transfer expertise to others
