Job Description:

The Role

As an initiative leader for Scaling our Services and digital capabilities, you will be responsible for overseeing the portfolio for the digital transformation and shared digital capabilities product area through the entire product lifecycle from discovery, strategic planning to delivery and support. This role will also contribute and provide inputs to the brokerage, service and operations domain level planning efforts and executive communication materials. This role plays a significant role as the point person in driving both strategic & tactical planning efforts, preparing executive level updates, and developing meaningful relationship with other business units and senior leaders. You will serve as a focal point for the product & services, identify opportunities, collaborate on strategy development, participate in governance processes, and manage partner team relationships / prioritization alignments.

The Expertise You Have

Bachelor’s degree and/or MBA required 10 plus years of consulting or strategy experience Proficient experience in streamlining and executing enterprise-wide planning and prioritization across business units and platform organizations Expertise in preparing executive materials including multi-year plans, monthly business report outs, periodic executive updates. Proven track record to translate strategy into action that drives clear and measurable outcomes Experienced in consulting, large-scale program management, and/or business strategy and planning Strategic professional with a successful track record of working in large, sophisticated organizations with senior leadership to build alignment and drive execution prioritization Capable of leading, influencing, and motivating colleagues and senior leaders Brokerage or financial services operations experience preferred

The Value You Deliver

You will support the strategic direction of Digital Transformation and Business capabilities organization and drive strategies, goals, KPIs and vision into design and planning Create, drive, and execute the rollout of roadmap and execution strategy for Transformation Office Driving alignment across the Senior Leadership team on strategic vision & direction You will drive operational processes/efficiencies for ongoing planning, reporting and communication activities. Develop and execute the communication and engagement plan for the senior executive leadership Driving the staff meeting planning and coordination

The base salary range for this position is $123,000-$207,000 per year.  

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
