VP, Regional Retail Operations-Southern California

Purpose

The Vice President of Operations position is multi-faceted. The main purpose is to build strong teams within each market that operate at a high level surrounding the processes of the retail organization.  This includes building business value through sales and transaction growth, quality of people, quality of products and service levels and overall cost balancing. The position needs to be a generalist as there are also influences from Human Resources, Learning and Development, Real Estate & Construction, Design and Development and Category Management.

Minimum Requirements

            Education Level: Four-year college education

            Job Related/Industry Experience: 10 years or more

            Panera (Internal) Experience: 10 years or more

Work Environment

Day to day activities include extensive travel throughout the United States and Canada.  Physically this can include standing within cafes or sitting in meetings.  Travel 45 to 50 weeks per year.
