VP, Rental Division
Super Products (an Alamo Group company) is currently accepting applications for a **VP, Rental Division** at its facility headquarters in Mukwonago, WI. This position leads the business development and operational strategies for a thriving nationwide network of rental locations. All location managers and the operations support staff report directly to this position. This position reports directly to the President of Super Products. **The VP, Rental Division will:** 1. Develop and execute an annual business plan for the rental division that includes growth strategies for all revenue streams – equipment rentals, repair and maintenance services, and aftermarket parts. 2. Work closely with the Rental operations staff and location managers to ensure all locations are following all SOPs and ensure they are evolving to support the growth and efficiencies of the business. 3. Collaborate closely with the other division sales leaders to develop specific strategies and action plans that leverage the full resources of all sales teams to collectively grow revenues for Super Products. 4. Grow the business opening additional locations in well researched geographic markets. 5. Work closely with the Director of Marketing to develop an annual marketing communication strategy that promotes the division’s brand and services. 6. Work closely with the Rental operations staff and location managers to effectively manage fleet assets including acquisition, allocation, utilization, maintenance, and disposal. 7. Work closely with the location managers and the operations staff to ensure financial controls and integrity are maintained at the highest level. 8. Ensure all locations prioritize maintaining a safe and professional work environment and are operating with the highest ethical standards. **The ideal candidate will have/be:** 1. Top executive level leadership, business acumen, strategic and analytical skills. 2. Extensive knowledge of rental operations and asset management. 3. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute aggressive growth plans. 4. Demonstrated ability to build high performing teams. 5. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 6. BS degree Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or similar studies. 2. 10+ years’ experience in a similar role in the construction or heavy equipment industry. **Working Conditions:** Standard office environment.
