As the VP of Revenue Effectiveness, you will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and lead a dynamic, high-impact Operations and Enablement team. Your mission is to create a seamless, efficient, and empowered revenue ecosystem—spanning Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Marketing—that enables Justworks to deliver maximum value to our small business customers and prospects. Your success will be measured by the outcomes achieved across all customer-facing revenue teams.
Revenue Effectiveness at Justworks comprises three functions: Revenue Operations, Revenue Enablement, and Analytics/Reporting. You have a proven track record of process optimization, able to quickly identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and then lead us in innovating how we work to overcome these.
You are tech forward and can both optimize current tools usage and look ahead for new capabilities that help Justworks remain competitive and efficient. You have experience leading analytics and delivering insight to Commercial and Executive teams. You are radically collaborative and have a track record of working and effectively leading cross-functionally. And you have built and led enablement for sales and customer servicing, partnering across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Service to develop and maintain training and playbooks that promote and adhere to standard processes.
Your Success Profile What You Will Work OnStrategic Leadership:
Develop and execute a holistic revenue operations strategy that aligns with Justworks’ mission and business goals. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and enhance revenue performance across the entire customer journey. Partner with executive leadership to identify growth opportunities, improve operational efficiencies, and drive business impact.Process Innovation & Optimization:
Assess and refine revenue-generating processes to remove friction, improve efficiency, and accelerate growth. Design and implement best-in-class lead generation, qualification, opportunity management, and deal closure frameworks. Optimize sales territories, quota-setting, and incentive structures to promote equity, fairness, and performance.Technology & Data Enablement:
Evaluate and implement cutting-edge CRM and sales enablement tools that empower teams and enhance productivity. Ensure data integrity and accuracy, providing trusted insights that drive informed decision-making. Lead ongoing optimization of the sales technology stack, always looking for ways to innovate and stay ahead.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Cultivate strong relationships across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to drive shared revenue goals. Champion transparency and knowledge-sharing, ensuring teams are aligned and working in concert. Facilitate strategic collaboration that leads to creative solutions and impactful outcomes.Data Analysis and Insights:
Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting dashboards that provide real-time visibility into revenue performance. Utilize analytics to uncover trends, optimize sales and marketing strategies, and inform leadership decisions. Drive continuous improvement by leveraging data to enhance customer retention and revenue growth.Sales & Customer Success Enablement:
Design and deliver dynamic training programs that empower sales and customer success teams to excel. How You Will Do Your WorkAs a Vice President of Revenue Effectiveness, how results are achieved is paramount for your success and result in our success as an organization. Proven success in leading change management initiatives that build and scale a resilient, adaptable salesforce, ensuring rapid adoption of new products, sales strategies, and GTM approaches. Deep expertise in sales processes, CRM systems, and data analysis techniques, with a keen ability to translate insights into action. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, enabling seamless collaboration across teams and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for leveraging data to drive smarter business decisions. Extensive experience in revenue operations leadership roles, spanning sales operations, marketing operations, or business intelligence. High proficiency in business intelligence tools and data visualization, with a commitment to transparency and data-driven strategies. Experience designing equitable compensation and quota models that drive motivation and performance. Authority in Salesforce CRM, with a deep understanding of its capabilities and best practices. Proven ability to research, assess, and implement new sales tools to enhance productivity and efficiency. Strong grasp of industry best practices related to sales operations, workflow optimization, and customer lifecycle management. The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $250,000.00 to $285,500.00 per year.

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
