VP, Supply Chain - Service, Repair, Final Mile

The Role

At Peloton, we connect the world through fitness. We are seeking a strategic leader to join our senior leadership team as Vice President of Supply Chain, overseeing three critical areas in North America: Final Mile Delivery for CFUs (Connected Fitness Units), such as treadmills, bikes, and rowers, Service & Repair strategy and execution, and Field Quality. Location preference is in our Plano, Texas office but also open to our New York, NY office, both following a hybrid schedule. 

In this high-impact role, you will define and implement strategies that directly influence Peloton’s Member experience, operational efficiency, and business growth. You will drive operational excellence, prioritizing safety, satisfaction, efficiency, and quality to deliver a best-in-class Member experience. Your Responsibilities

Final Mile Delivery

Lead Peloton’s North American final mile delivery network, ensuring a seamless, premium Member experience through strong partnerships with logistics providers. Monitor and improve KPIs, including Member satisfaction, cost per delivery, and inventory accuracy, using data-driven insights to achieve operational excellence. Collaborate with Supply Planning, IT, Manufacturing, and Refurbishment teams to ensure seamless delivery capacity planning and execution.

Service & Repair

Design and execute innovative strategies that ensure first-time resolution for service and repair operations, minimizing downtime for Members and maximizing satisfaction. Build and manage relationships with external service providers to ensure performance aligns with Peloton’s high standards. Leverage analytics to identify trends, optimize cost efficiency, and drive continuous improvement.

Field Quality

Lead proactive quality control efforts across field operations, ensuring Peloton products meet rigorous durability and reliability standards. Use insights to drive preventative measures and implement proactive solutions to enhance Member satisfaction and product quality.

Leadership & Operational Excellence

Build and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, adaptability, and continuous learning. Serve as a thought leader on industry trends, driving operational innovations that enhance Member outcomes and business results. Instill a culture of safety and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Your Daily Impact

Define and implement department OKRs, aligning team efforts to deliver measurable results on time and within budget. Build and execute data-driven strategies that optimize performance, reduce costs, and enhance the Member experience. Oversee external relationships with third-party service providers, ensuring program success and continuous improvement. Drive innovation through operational strategies that incorporate industry trends and emerging technologies. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, sustainability, and employee engagement, creating an environment where teams thrive.

You Bring to Peloton

Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (equivalent experience considered). 15+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, including at least 7 years in Service & Repair operations and 5 years in executive leadership roles. Proven ability to manage third-party delivery and service networks, ensuring operational efficiency and a world-class Member experience. Expertise in logistics operations involving white-glove delivery and installation services for big and bulky items such as fitness equipment, home appliances, electronics, or similar products requiring specialized handling and customer care. Experience in building and optimizing Service & Repair operations. Demonstrated success in managing 3PLs and optimizing supplier base performance to achieve cost and quality objectives. Proven ability to develop and lead lean, high-performing teams that deliver measurable results. Strong data analytics skills with a proven ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to inspire trust and motivate diverse teams. Willingness to travel (25%+).
