Description
The Vice President of Account Services is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize client satisfaction, manage client relationships, and ensure successful project delivery. The VP of Account Services works closely with internal teams to drive growth, enhance service quality, and achieve business objectives. The VP of Account Services will have 10-15 direct reports that will make up both Account Managers and Project Managers.
Team Leadership and Development:
-Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to administrative team to foster a high-performance culture. Implement performance management system and process to set expectations, monitor performance, and provide feedback. Oversee training and development to enhance team capabilities, skills, and competencies. Lead succession planning efforts to identify and develop future leaders within the department and organization.
-Alignment of team objectives with organizational goals and priorities. A diverse, inclusive, and collaborative team culture that fosters innovation and creativity. Development of talent and capabilities to meet current and future business needs. High levels of employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Achievement of individual and team performance targets and KPIs. Effective succession planning and talent pipeline development to ensure leadership continuity and organizational resilience.
Client Relationship Management
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts. Collaborate with account managers to understand client needs, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
-Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients built on trust, communication, and mutual respect. Ensure client needs are understood and addressed effectively, resulting in high levels of client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Strategic Planning and Deployment
-Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives aligned with organizational objectives. Effective strategic deployment and allocation of resources, including financial, human, and technological assets, to support strategic initiatives. implement performance measurement systems and dashboards to track

Project Oversight and Quality Assurance
-Oversee the execution of client projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. Conduct regular project reviews to assess performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed. Implement best practices and standardized processes to optimize project management efficiency and effectiveness. Approve job closings for East and West Coast projects before sending to Administration team.
-Ensure the successful execution of client projects by delivering high-quality outcomes that meet or exceed client expectations. Minimize project risks, delays, and cost overruns while maximizing project profitability and customer satisfaction.
Financial Performance
-Monitor financial performance metrics, including revenue, margins, and profitability, for key client accounts and projects. Develop and manage account budgets, forecasts, and financial projections in collaboration with finance and accounting teams.
-Optimize financial performance by monitoring key financial metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
Foster a 'Care of an Owner' Culture
- Work collaboratively with all employees to foster a one-team, one-goal culture with “A Care of an Owner” attitude.
-Develop close relationships between sales and marketing team members and create alignment across departments.

Collaborative Operations
-Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Logistics on scheduling, purchasing, maintaining levels of raw materials, and process improvements to align project timelines and ensure successful exhibit shipping. Effectively manage capacity reporting.
-Daily check in’s to align on schedule and requests to keep exhibits on track for shipping.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $150000.00
