VP- Capital Controller Transformation Senior Analyst for Market Risk RWA

The role will be part of the Capital Controllers Transformation team in Global Finance. The candidate will be accountable for providing oversight of critical Regulatory and Capital initiatives. The individual will ensure programs are planned, managed, and delivered successfully to meet regulatory requirements within the prescribed timelines as well as other business initiatives. This position will work in close partnership with Risk Weighted Assets (RWA) Controllers, Technology, Regulatory Policy, Businesses, and other departments to provide effective execution of RWA transformation projects.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Contributes to the design, roll-out and governance of transformation initiatives for Market Risk RWA.
+ Understanding and documenting the current state process and controls, identify gaps in current implementation, writing requirements, and ensuring that the requirements align to the strategic end state.
+ Performing data gap analysis and proposing remediation plans.
+ Planning and executing testing phases with all stakeholders including test approach, plans, test cases, and testing metrics
+ Facilitating transition to business-as-usual process for RWA Controllers
+ Meeting preparation with stakeholders, raising appropriate status risks and issues
**Qualifications:**
+ Minimum 5+ years’ experience in related field
+ Project experience in a Finance department in a financial services company
+ Excellent project management and organizational skills
+ Financial accounting and regulatory experience
+ Comprehensive understanding of the Finance function and process of a financial services organization
+ Work experience in Basel teams and have knowledge of Basel III Market Risk RWA and Fundamental Review of Trading Book (FRTB).
+ Direct experience with Market Risk RWA calculation and reporting.
+ Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills; Excel, Python and Tableau
+ Relevant experience in regulatory reporting, capital management or risk management roles.
+ Demonstrated ability to think strategically, and analytically, and to creatively problem solve.
+ Ability to manage multiple cross functional deliverables.
+ Exceptional oral communication and writing skills, with ability to synthesize complex concepts, and translate into "user-friendly" language for multiple audiences, including senior management, multiple internal constituents, and regulators.
+ Strong interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build relationships quickly, influence colleagues and clients, and increase collaboration among program participants in large organizations. Ability to engage at all levels, including senior management.
+ Willing to learn and adopt new tools, new processes.
+ Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

**Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:**
$142,320.00 - $213,480.00
