PERKS! + HYBRID and flexible schedule + 100% paid health + Growing organization and new role! + Culture is amazing Responsibilities: • Leadership - manage a team • Strategy - problem solve proactively for future • Budgets, cash flow, financial reporting • Analysis and strategy • General Accounting • Oversee the preparation and filing of quarterly regulatory reports • Manage both internal and external audits to ensure compliance • Facilitate multiple mergers and software implementations to streamline operations • Implement strategies to reduce the number of days for month-end close process and financial reporting package preparation • Utilize Excel Formulas, MS Excel, and Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks Requirements • Possess strong entrepreneurial skills with the ability to innovate and drive the business forward. • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide teams effectively. • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced, dynamic business environment. • Solid understanding of financial regulations and accounting processes. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of management. • High level of integrity and professionalism. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Relevant certification or degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • Excellent strategic planning skills and the ability to implement these plans effectively. • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of market trends and business practices. • Proven ability to manage budgets and financial forecasting.
