Job Description

As VP Customer Success and Delivery, the role will involve:

Leading and managing the customer operations and delivery teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services, along with ongoing customer support.Overseeing the implementation of new projects to customers.Developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.Coordinate with other C-suite executives to align delivery with the company's strategic goals.Implement process that also incorporates successful partner delivery to the customer.Monitor and report on delivery metrics to identify areas for improvement.Ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.Develop and maintain relationships with key clients.Participate in the development of new products and services to meet customer needs.Ensuring customer satisfaction through all stages of the delivery process.Identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.Working closely with the sales and product teams to ensure alignment.Reporting directly to the CEO with regular updates on customer delivery.The Successful Applicant

The successful VP Customer Success and Delivery should have:

A proven track record in a leadership role within a similar customer led role.A strong understanding of customer delivery and integration processes and strategies, both directly and via partners.A track record in a similar role where Cloud, SAAS solutions are the core products and solutions.Ideally have AWS experience.Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.Experience in representing a company at industry events and forums.Experience in leading a customer delivery team.Excellent communication and reporting skills.A proven track record of maintaining strong customer relationships.What's on Offer
