Lead the delivery of BI and Analytics solutions to accomplish measurable outcomes for HSBC's Global businesses and functionsManage a multi-disciplinary team formed of business analysts, data analysts, data scientists, visualization specialists to deliver use cases via AgileReport progress to senior stakeholders and business sponsors by operating and participating in key steering and governance committeesWhen delivering BI and Analytics solutions, enforce tooling and reporting standards within the teamPartner with the central data asset, architecture, data sourcing, technology and Vendor data teams to drive the strategic buildout of high quality reusable data assets, analytics and BI Influence strategy and shape the programme approach across a series of projects or component activities, building stakeholder buy-in around plans, commitments and changesDrive Programme delivery proactively, balancing scope, schedule, interdependencies, budget and risksLead definition of staffing, responsibilities and schedulesEstablish effective programme controls and proceduresSet high expectations concerning quality and put in place quality assurance processes.Manage relationships with external suppliersReport progress, issues, dependencies and risks to steering committees and make recommendations to influence decision making in order to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realizationProvide visible leadership to maintain a focus on how the Programme aligns to the change portfolio across HSBCDrive the adoption of HSBC standards and work in alignment with HSBC methodology at all timesLead the team to meet performance targets aligned to Programme objectives

Experience in forming advisory relationship with senior managers. Experience of working with on premise and/or cloud data refineries preferable. Experience with one or more visualization technologies, Qlik or Tableau preferableExperience in data privacy, model risk management preferable.Experience in delivering in a highly regulated environment preferable.
