Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in the finance industry, located in Orange, California. The role is for a VP/Director of Finance, where you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all aspects of the Accounting Functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Utilize Accounting Software Systems, including '3M', 'ADP - Financial Services', 'Concur', and 'CRM' to streamline processes.
• Manage the Accounts Payable (AP) process, ensuring all financial obligations are met in a timely manner.
• Develop and manage the Annual Budget, providing regular updates to the senior management team.
• Conduct regular Auditing of financial information to maintain accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee Budget Processes, including planning, development, and implementation.
• Apply knowledge of Non-profit Accounting to manage financial resources effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to achieve financial objectives. Requirements • The candidate must have at least 7 years of working experience in finance roles.
• Holder of a relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a VP/Director of Finance.
• Proficiency in 3M, Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, and Concur is required.
• Familiarity with CRM and its application in finance.
• Must have a comprehensive understanding and experience in Accounting Functions.
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is a necessity.
• The candidate should have a track record of managing and creating an Annual Budget.
• Prior experience in Auditing is essential.
• Expertise in Budget Processes and strategic financial planning is a must.
• Experience in Non-profit Accounting is a significant plus.
