You'll play a pivotal role in our operations, focusing on finance and regulatory reporting. Your work will significantly influence our strategic decision-making process, and you will be tasked with leading our financial structuring, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory reporting efforts. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute the financial strategy of the company, driving strategic priorities forward • Manage the finance team, guiding annual budget planning, periodic forecasting, and financial reporting functions • Oversee the preparation and submission of regulatory reports, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations at the local, state, and federal levels • Establish and maintain robust financial controls, managing all aspects of the Finance department to ensure operations run efficiently • Assist with ad-hoc analysis, providing data-driven insights to guide decision making across the organization • Collaborate with executive leadership, providing valuable financial information, insights, and recommendations • Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and regulatory bodies • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial results and forecasts to stakeholders • Utilize your knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles to enhance performance • Leverage your understanding of statutory and related regulations to ensure compliance • Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Requirements • Must have a strong understanding and experience in Accounting Functions • Demonstrated experience in the creation and management of an Annual Budget • Proven ability in Auditing and ensuring compliance with financial procedures • Must possess a solid understanding of Budget Processes and their implementation • Knowledge and experience in Statutory Accounting is essential • Familiarity with Statutory Accounting Principles and their application • Must have experience with Statutory Filings and ensuring compliance with financial regulations • Demonstrated ability in Statutory Financial Reporting and the preparation of financial reports • Experience in the creation and analysis of Statutory Financial Statements • Strong understanding of Statutory Interpretation and its application in finance • Must have proven experience in Statutory Reporting and ensuring financial transparency Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
