Description We are seeking a VP/Director of Finance to join our team in Magnolia, Texas. In this role, you will be overseeing the financial operations, implementing accounting software systems, and managing budget processes in the industry. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage the financial operations within the company • Implement and streamline efficient accounting software systems • Utilize ADP for financial services and management • Manage and oversee the Concur system for expense reporting • Use CRM systems to streamline and improve customer relations • Carry out comprehensive accounting functions including accounts payable • Develop and manage the annual budget for the company • Conduct regular auditing to ensure financial compliance • Oversee budget processes and make necessary adjustments • Work within an eCommerce and SaaS environment to optimize financial operations. Requirements • Job title: VP/Director of Finance • Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role. • Proficiency in using 3M is required. • Candidates should have extensive experience working with Accounting Software Systems. • Experience with ADP - Financial Services is necessary. • Familiarity with Concur is a must. • Applicants should be well-versed in using CRM systems. • Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions is required. • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is a prerequisite. • Candidates should be able to handle Annual Budget preparations and management. • Auditing skills are necessary for this role. • Candidates should have experience with Budget Processes. • Experience in eCommerce is a valuable asset. • Candidates with experience in a SaaS Environment will be preferred.
