Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a VP/Director of Finance in Orange, California. This role is central to our team, requiring the successful candidate to handle customer applications, maintain customer records, monitor accounts, and resolve any arising inquiries. This role is deeply embedded in our industry and will require a keen understanding of financial operations. Responsibilities: • Processing customer credit applications with precision and efficiency. • Utilizing accounting software systems to maintain accurate customer credit records. • Leveraging understanding of 3M and other financial services to ensure accurate records. • Applying knowledge of Concur and CRM in daily operations. • Handling all accounting functions with a high level of detail and organization. • Ensuring accounts payable (AP) are handled in a timely and accurate manner. • Developing and managing the annual budget for the organization. • Conducting regular auditing of financial records and processes. • Overseeing budget processes to ensure financial stability and growth. • Applying fund accounting principles in a non-profit context. Requirements • Position requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in a financial leadership role. • Candidate must have proficiency in 3M. • Familiarity with various accounting software systems is required. • Experience with ADP - Financial Services is a must. • The applicant should have working knowledge of Concur. • Proficiency in CRM is expected. • The candidate should be well-versed in managing different accounting functions. • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is a prerequisite. • The candidate should have experience in preparing and managing an annual budget. • Auditing skills are necessary for this role. • Familiarity with budget processes is required. • Experience in fund accounting, specifically in a non-profit context, is a plus.
